Diwali Corporate Gifting Frames: Bulk Photo Frames for Offices in Lucknow
Every year the same thing happens in Lucknow offices. Diwali lands in early November, somebody remembers the gifting list in the third week of October, and the admin team ends up buying three hundred identical dry-fruit boxes because that is what can be arranged in four days.

What actually works as a framed corporate gift
Not every photo belongs in a Diwali gift. These five formats are the ones that get ordered again the following year:
- Team photo frames. One group photograph of the department, framed identically for everyone in it. Cheap per head, and the only gift where every recipient is personally in the picture.
- Years-of-service and award frames. A certificate or a printed citation with the employee's name, framed properly instead of handed over in a plastic folder.
- Client and dealer gifts. A framed photograph from a site visit, a launch, or a signing — far more memorable to a distributor than another sweet box.
- Desk frames with the company mark. A blank 5x7 or 6x8 desk frame with a small engraved or printed brand plate, left empty for the recipient to fill with their own family photo.
- Office wall sets. Not a gift as such, but most Diwali orders we get include a set of frames for the reception or conference wall, done at the same time.
Per-piece pricing for bulk orders
Bulk framing is priced per piece, and the price drops with quantity because the setup work — cutting the moulding, matching the mount, setting up the print — is done once for the whole run. The ranges below are what a Lucknow buyer should expect in 2026.

Printing the photograph is usually ₹30 to ₹120 extra per piece depending on size and paper. Individual name personalisation adds a little per piece; a single common brand plate across the whole order adds almost nothing, because it is one setup.
How long a bulk order really takes
This is where most corporate gifting goes wrong. The framing itself is not the slow part — approvals and photographs are.

Work backwards from Diwali and you want the order confirmed three to four weeks ahead, which for 2026 means placing it by the second week of October. Orders that come in the last week are possible for simple stock frames, but not for anything personalised.
Five things that make a framed gift look cheap
- Low-resolution photos. A picture pulled off WhatsApp prints soft at anything above 6x8 inches. Ask for the original file from the camera or phone, not the forwarded copy.
- Wrong spellings. With personalised names, one wrong initial ruins the gift for that one person — who is exactly the person who will remember it. Get the name list signed off in writing.
- Plain glass under office tubelights. A gift photographed for LinkedIn under white light will glare. For premium pieces ask for non-glare or acrylic.
- No mount. A mount board is the single cheapest thing that makes a frame look expensive. Skipping it to save ₹40 per piece is a false economy on a gift.
- Bulk-packed delivery. If three hundred frames arrive in ten cartons, somebody in admin has to sort them. Individually boxed and labelled by recipient name costs slightly more and saves a day of work.
